1. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be guided through the steps to enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) securely through Tap, and PayPal. For more details, visit our Payment Methods page.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Tap and PayPal). Your full card details are never stored on our servers.
I have a discount code. How do I apply it?
You can enter your discount code in the designated field during the checkout process before you complete your payment.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the Sultanate of Oman. For full details on shipping times and costs, please see our Shipping Policy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery within Oman typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
The courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a notice with instructions for pickup. Please follow the instructions provided by the shipping carrier.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $11.00 (OMR 4.23) applies. For full terms and conditions, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@richaroma.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

How can I check the ingredients of a perfume?
Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have specific allergies or need more detailed information, please contact us before purchasing.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on the "Log In" link and then on "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to create a new password.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you fast. Please contact us immediately at support@richaroma.store with your order number. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
