1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the Sultanate of Oman. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping (Within Oman): Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping (Within Oman): Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. This service may incur an additional charge.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website (e.g., Oman Post, Aramex, etc.) to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement, including building number, street name, and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), they will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions provided by the courier service.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Richaroma is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Shipping Delays: While we provide estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other events beyond our control.

7. International Shipping

Please note: At this time, Richaroma only ships to addresses within Oman. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping soon.
